The Atwood # AT15033-22 air conditioner is a complete system. That is to say that it includes the rooftop unit AND the ceiling air box and thermostat. These parts need to be installed to work together. Yes, you will have to run wires to where ever you place the thermostat. You might be able to use a fishing technique to make this easier.

The middle and rear jacks of a Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC675817 are basically the same jacks so manually operating the rear would be the same as the rear, but accessing the middle jacks would be difficult as they typically install in an area that would be harder to get to.

The most versatile coupler lock that is guaranteed to work with your 2018 Jayco Jay Feather 27RL is the Fastway Universal Trailer Coupler Lock for 1-7/8", 2" and 2-5/16" Couplers # FA86-0015-316. This has the tube key lock cylinder for more security.

For your application I recommend installing the Stromberg Carlson Exterior RV Ladder # LA-401BA. This is a universal ladder that measures 99-1/2" tall but you can cut it to length or add the Ladder Extension # LA-148 if you need more or less height.
It's hard to find exact replacement ladders for RVs (we don't have the Jayco part you reference) but this Stromberg Carlson solution is a great alternative since it is compatible with a wide range of styles.

The best option we will have for you to replace the trailer hitch on a 2007 Jayco Seneca Motorhome is with a universal option like the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 41990-16 which would require drilling into the frame or welding.
